Siccima – Williston, VT

This full-scale interior renovation completely transformed our client’s dated home where form now meets function. We removed walls to create more flow in the main living areas and gave the family’s new living room a cozy feel by adding custom built-in cabinetry and a fireplace. Formerly underutilized space became a spacious primary suite and we renovated the basement, turning it into a family room. The home also got a new kitchen, mudroom and custom laundry area, plus three full bathroom renovations. Last but not least, custom trim work, new hardwood floors and new lighting were installed throughout, plus four heat pumps for a major efficiency upgrade.
