The client wanted to convert their unfinished basement into a Master bedroom/bathroom ensuite and add a family room with bath.
- Install large window with view
- Install large soaker tub near window for (view)
- Construct a large 4’x6’ custom tile shower with fixtures for two people
- Rain head and handheld fixtures
- Upgraded water supply lines for additional volume to for multiple fixtures
- Install custom shower glass (added Shower Guard to glass to eliminate streaks and spots)
- Exhaust fan with built in heater for comfort while exiting the shower
- Tile floor
- Separate toilet/sink room
Master bath suite
As part of this remodel, we created a luxurious bathroom space, including a soaker tub situated in front of a large window – looking out into the peaceful backyard. We constructed a 4’x6’ custom tile shower, with dual fixtures, rain shower heads, and handheld fixtures. The shower features custom glass, and an added shower guard to eliminate streaks and spots. The water supply lines were also upgraded, to provide additional volume for the multiple fixtures.
The bathroom has a separate toilet and sink room, for privacy. Tile flooring was installed throughout the bathroom.
Family Room
The new family room adds more living space and increases the value of the home by adding more square footage to the home.
